During your initial consultation, our team will go over your medical history, discuss your goals with Botox treatment, and conduct a facial analysis to locate the key treatment areas before preparing a treatment plan. Once a treatment plan has been outlined, you will either be taken to a private room, or if you are already in the treatment room, treatment will commence.

The injection process is quick and should not take more than 10 minutes. Prior to injection, your holistic skin care team may use ice or a local anesthetic to numb the area. Some patients have reported that they have experienced a pinching sensation during injection, which is completely normal and not a cause for concern. Once the treatment is completed, there is minimal downtime, so you will be able to carry on with your day once you leave our facility, albeit with few potential and minor side effects.

Results should be seen within 24-48 hours of treatment, and they can remain anywhere from four months up to 18 months, depending on the specific type of hyaluronic acid used.

Most dermal fillers are FDA-approved, and thus are considered very safe. That said, there are some side effects to dermal fillers that you may or may not experience after treatment, such as itching, redness, rashes, swelling, bruising, and minor pain.
